JDC has extensive experience in Phase 1 (Class III) archaeological surveys and reporting in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. We specialize in Tribal regulatory compliance.

We have monitored construction for agencies, companies and Tribes across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, Ohio, and Alaska. We specialize in Tribal monitoring, where we work to support Tribal sovereignty and interests. Additionally, we offer monitor training for Tribal citizens.

JDC works closely with the State Historic Preservation Office and can tailor reports to historical resources, providing nominations & reviewing eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places.

JDC uses advanced ground penetrating radar (GPR) technology to identify and map subsurface features—supporting archaeological investigations, environmental assessments, and infrastructure planning without ground disturbance.

Our FAA-compliant drone uses LiDAR and high-resolution imaging to capture precise aerial data that supports archaeological investigations, environmental assessments, and project planning.

JDC offers GIS and mapping services using ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, supporting environmental, cultural resource, and infrastructure projects. Our team has extensive experience with DOT cemetery mapping and environmental data development, and we prioritize secure, non-cloud-based workflows for sensitive projects.

We offer environmental services including the preparation of Categorical Exclusions (CEs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs). Our recent work includes NEPA support for NTIA-funded projects, where we developed clear, defensible documentation aligned with federal requirements.
